2021-25 Statewide Officers & 2021-23 Regional Directors
Time and Locations
2021-2023 Democratic State Central Committee (DSCC) members can file their intent to run for CADEM State Chair, Two-Vice Chairs, Secretary, Controller, and 21 Regional Directors.
The deadline to submit the “Notice of Intent-to-Run Form” is Monday, March 15, 2021, at 5:00pm or Friday, March 19, 2021, at 5:00pm if the incumbent Officer fails to file a notice by Monday, March 15, 2021, at 5:00pm.
The election of our Statewide Officers and Regional Directors will take place via a signed written ballot released to members of This Committee no later than March 24, 2021, and received by the Secretary of This Committee that must arrive by April 21, 2021, at 5:00pm.
Statewide Officers Elections
2021 Statewide Officer Intent-to-Run form
All statewide officers are elected to a four-year term.
Any candidate who filed their “intent to run” form in a timely manner is eligible.

Eligible voters – Statewide Party Officers Election
Those who are eligible to vote per Party By-laws – Article III, Section 3(a), “All Statewide Officers Shall be elected by the entire membership of This Committee.” Tuesday, February 23, 2021, is the deadline to finalize the 2021-23 delegate membership to the Democratic State Central Committee (DSCC). All candidates MUST be DSCC delegate members to run for the CADEM Officer position.
Regional Directors Elections

All regional directors are elected to a two-year term.

Those who are eligible to vote per Party By-laws – Article III, Section 4(b), “Regional Directors shall be elected at Regional Caucuses, each composed of all members of This Committee resident in the respective regions.” Tuesday, February 23, 2021, is the deadline to finalize the 2021-23 delegate membership to the Democratic State Central Committee (DSCC). All candidates MUST be DSCC delegate members to run for the CDP Regional Director.

To order the list of eligible voters, please submit via the following link a DSCC order form to Emma Harper via email at Emma@cadem.org.
A preliminary list of eligible voters may be available after Tuesday, February 23, 2021.
* In order to vote, and have one’s vote counted, at this Executive Board Meeting, a member must have timely paid their annual DSCC dues and registration fee (or had them waived, by request from the E-Board/DSCC Member) to This Committee, registered for the meeting, received the event meeting/webinar links, and agreed to the CDP Code of Conduct, prior the close of credentialing.
