Article V of the CADEM Bylaws instructs both the JEDI and Rules Committees to, “propose a plan for Redistricting of the Regions after each State Reapportionment is adopted.” Lead Co-Chairs from both Committees have collaborated and formed a Joint Subcommittee to handle the Redistricting process. The Joint Subcommittee is authorized to oversee the Redistricting process and will present its final proposal at the next regularly scheduled Executive Board meeting in November.
