DELEGATE PORTAL LOG IN
Are you an elected or appointed member of the 2023-25 Democratic State Central Committee (DSCC) Delegation? All DSCC Delegate Members MUST pay annual DSCC Dues. If you plan to attend the annual State Convention(s) or Executive Board Meeting(s) your annual dues will be included in the price of the Convention registration, you do not need to pay your DSCC dues more than once a year, and you may do so at the same time as paying the Convention registration event fees. If you are also a 2023-25 DSCC Executive Board member, you must pay your annual DSCC dues and the event registration fees for the Convention and EBoard.
To pay your annual DSCC Delegate Dues if you have not done so already, click here to sign into the DSCC Delegate Portal AND please be sure to use the same Email and Username to log in that matches your DSCC Delegate record that the CDP has on file. If you are unsure of the Email or the Username the CDP has on file in your DSCC record, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the CADEM Operations Department at [email protected] or call the mainline at 916-442-5707 to update or retrieve your DSCC Delegate login information.

* In order to vote, and have one’s vote counted, at a meeting a Democratic State Central (DSCC) member must have timely paid their annual DSCC dues and event registration fee (or had them waived, by request from the DSCC Member) to This Committee, registered for the meeting, and agreed to the CDP Code of Conduct, prior the close of credentialing/registration.

Why be a DSCC (Democratic State Central Committee) Delegate?
DSCC Delegate Responsibilities & Annual Cost – 2019 pre-pandemic
A DSCC delegate is the representative for their committee and specific district. Delegates attend the annual Democrats Convention, network with other Democrats, elect Party officers, promote the California Democratic Party agenda, endorse candidates for statewide, legislative and congressional office, and vote to endorse resolutions and ballot measures all doing so while representing their constituency.
Reorganization of the Democratic State Central Committee (DSCC) delegates begins at the end of every even year. The deadline for ALL DSCC delegates to be submitted to the CDP, for the new term, is, Tuesday, February 7, at 5:00 pm in most re-organizational. Members of the DSCC (also known as “Delegates”) come from the following sources:
Elected through California Democratic Party’s (58) County Committees
Appointed by Democratic Party Elected Officials or the highest vote-getting Democrat if no Democrat was elected, based off the most recent election or
Elected through their Assembly District Delegate(ADD).
Additional DSCC Delegate positions come from, The DNC State party Delegates (CA DNC members, Current/ Past Officers Statewide Officers and Regional Directors, California Democratic Council, California Young Democrats, and Statewide Chartered Organizations (chair Only).
